Olives With Dill

Ingredients
  Green olives 2 Pound (Large Sized)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Red chili peppers 2
  Fresh dill sprigs/1 teaspoon dried dill weed 2
  Bay leaf 1
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Drain and hammer the olives until the pits are visible.
2) Mix the olives with rest of the ingredients and allow to stand in a cool place for 1 day.
3) Spoon the mixture into the sterilized jars, seal and refrigerate.

SERVING
4) Use as required.
