Olives with Dill
|Green olives||2 Pound (Large Sized)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Red chili peppers||2|
|Fresh dill sprigs/1 teaspoon dried dill weed||2|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Drain and hammer the olives until the pits are visible.
2) Mix the olives with rest of the ingredients and allow to stand in a cool place for 1 day.
3) Spoon the mixture into the sterilized jars, seal and refrigerate.
4) Use as required.
