Baked Olives

Ingredients
  Greek olives 1 Pound (Any Variety; They Can Even Be Mixed, 500 Grams)
  Bay leaves 2
  Lemon zest strip 4 (Each About 2 Inches)
  Dried mountain thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 6 Dash (6 Twists)
  Mastiha liquor/Ouzo 1 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (40 Milliliter)
  Red wine 16 Fluid Ounce (450 Milliliter)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), sliced
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a flameproof casserole and bake, covered, in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F, gas 4) for 30 minutes.
