|Bow tie pasta||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Uncooked)|
|Halved grape tomatoes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Diced part skim mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Kalamata olives||16 , pitted and coarsely chopped|
|Thinly sliced fresh basil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Extra-virgin olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Crushed red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
2. In a large bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Toss well.
