Bow Tie Pasta And Kalamata Olive Toss

Ingredients
  Bow tie pasta 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Halved grape tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced part skim mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Kalamata olives 16 , pitted and coarsely chopped
  Thinly sliced fresh basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Extra-virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
2. In a large bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Toss well.
