Tuna Olive Towers

  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, flaked (1 Can, 6 1/2 Or 7 Ounce ,1 Cup)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Chopped cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pickle relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  White bread slice 16
  Whole wheat bread slice 8 (Buttered)
  Chopped stuffed green olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 8

Combine the tuna, eggs, cucumber, celery, and pickle relish with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Butter 8 slices of the white bread and spread with tuna mixture.
Add whole-wheat slices, buttered side up, and spread with chopped olives.
Top olives with lettuce, then with remaining white bread slices.
Cut sandwiches in half on the bias.
Garnish each with tomato slice and stuffed green olives on toothpicks.
