Ingredients
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Oranges 2 , coarsely chopped to make 1 1/2 cups
  Chopped ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped red onion 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (About 1 Lime)
  Fresh orange juice 1 Tablespoon (About 1/2 Orange)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
