Broiled Olive Snacks
|Refrigerated biscuits||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Shredded sharp american cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped stuffed green olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg whites||2 , stiff beaten|
|Bacon slices||3 , finely diced|
Bake biscuits as directed on package.
Brush cut side with butter.
Fold cheese and olives into egg whites; spoon on buttered side of biscuits.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Top each with an olive slice.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes or till bacon browns and cheese melts.
