Garlicky Shrimp And Olives

Ingredients
  Medium shrimps 12 Ounce (Fresh/Frozen)
  Diced pimiento 4 Ounce, drained
  Ripe olives 10 , halved
  Dry sherry/Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Capers 2 Teaspoon, drained
  Tomato paste 2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
Directions

Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
Rinse shrimp; -pat dry with paper towels.
Set aside.
In a large skillet combine pimiento, olives, sherry, parsley, orange juice, 'capers, tomato paste, pepper, and garlic.
Bring to boiling.
Add shrimp.
Cook and stir over medium-high heat for 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
If desired, serve the shrimp mixture over hot cooked pasta.
