Spicy Marinated Olives

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Preferably Extra-Virgin)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), thinly sliced
  Black olives 1 Pound (Preferably Mediterranean Oil-Cured)
Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk oil and vinegar to blend.
Toss with all ingredients.
Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours or up to 2 weeks.
