Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 Medium
  Chopped cooked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Basil To Taste (Fresh Or Dried)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Halve the tomatoes and leave inverted a few minutes to drain. Arrange, cut side up, in a shallow heatproof dish.
2. Mix the ham and olives and place a rounded tablespoon of the mixture on each tomato half. Sprinkle with basil and spoon the oil over the top.
3. Broil about three inches from high broiler heat until the tops are brown, about ten minutes.
