|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Okra||5 Cup (80 tbs), thinly sliced|
Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Combine eggs and milk, add to dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
Stir in sliced okra.
Carefully drop batter by tablespoonfuls into deep hot oil (375Â°), cook only a few at a time, turning once.
Fry 2 to 3 minutes or until fritters are golden brown.
Drain well on paper towels.
