Fritter-Fried Okra

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Okra 5 Cup (80 tbs), thinly sliced
  Vegetable oil 1
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Combine eggs and milk, add to dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
Stir in sliced okra.
Carefully drop batter by tablespoonfuls into deep hot oil (375°), cook only a few at a time, turning once.
Fry 2 to 3 minutes or until fritters are golden brown.
Drain well on paper towels.
