|Sliced okra||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red pepper||To Taste|
|Cracker/Potato chip crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Spread okra in greased casserole; cover with oil, to- matoes, onion, green pepper and seasonings.
Cover loosely with foil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Uncover; top with crumbs.
Bake until browned.
