Pickled Okra

Ingredients
  Small okra 500 Gram (Fresh)
  White vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon (Uniodized)
  Dill seed 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Mustard seed 1 Teaspoon
  Hot green pepper/Red pepper 1
Directions

Wash okra and pack lengthwise tightly in a 1-pint sterilized jar.
Bring to a boil the vinegar, water and salt.
Add all seasonings to okra in jar and cover with hot vinegar mixture.
Seal.
Allow 2 or 3 weeks to pickle properly.
Serve cold.
