Ingredients
  Fresh okra 1 Pound (cut off the ends)
  Red pepper 1
  White onion 1⁄4
  Purple cabbage 50 Gram
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 2 , squeeze
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Pinch
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the okra into ½ inch pieces. Slice red pepper, onion, cabbage and chop the cilantro.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine okra and other vegetables. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well.
3. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano and onion powder and mix to combine. Season it with poultry seasoning and pepper.

SERVING
4. Serve the Raw Okra immediately.
