Okra Pepper Saute

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Yellow bell pepper strips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red bell pepper strips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Okra pods 1⁄2 Pound, cut in half diagonally (3 Cups)
  Chopped fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add bell peppers, and saute for 4 minutes.
Add okra, cover, reduce heat, and cook for 15 minutes or until okra is tender.
Stir in cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and black pepper.
