Okra is simply irresistible, to say the least! Try this Okra; I am sure you'll have a huge fan following for this one.
Ingredients
  Fresh okra 1 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Chili flakes To Taste
Directions

Wash and sort okra.
Leave small pods whole; cut large pods into 1 inch pieces.
Heat water and butter in 1 1/2 quart covered glass casserole in Radarange oven 1 minute.
Add okra; cover.
Cook in oven 5 minutes or until tender.
Season to taste with salt and chili flakes.
