|Chili flakes||To Taste|
Wash and sort okra.
Leave small pods whole; cut large pods into 1 inch pieces.
Heat water and butter in 1 1/2 quart covered glass casserole in Radarange oven 1 minute.
Add okra; cover.
Cook in oven 5 minutes or until tender.
Season to taste with salt and chili flakes.
