If you have an aversion to slimy, sticky okra, then try this recipe. If is amazing how even after steaming the okra it remains crisp and crunchy. This is a healthier alternative to fried okra. The garlic and oyster sauce add a whole lot of flavor to the okra without being too over powering or making it greasy. A must-try dish for those who love okra, and even for those who don’t!
