|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Okra||1 Pound, washed and sliced|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine cornmeal and salt.
Add okra and stir until each slice is well coated.
Place individual servings of okra on squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Divide melted butter between packets; seal and cook over hot coals for about 30 minutes, turning the packets often.
