Okra Au Gratin
|Frozen cut okra||1 Pound|
|Cheese sauce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Use Medium)|
|Buttered cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook okra in salted water until tender; drain, and turn into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Pour medium cheese sauce over okra; sprinkle with buttered cracker crumbs.
Bake at 375° about 20 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling and crumbs are brown.
