Grilled Asparagus with Black Truffle Oil

Scorpio and the Libido Asparagus. Asparagus provides vitamin E, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus to the improved creation of hormones. It has been considered an aphrodisiac since the middle ages when the bride and groom were served several courses of asparagus at the wedding feast to boost the libido. Grilled Asparagus with Black Truffle Oil
  Asparagus 1 Pound
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Black truffle oil 2 Tablespoon
  Finely grated lemon zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced

1. Wash and trim the asparagus. Toss with olive oil and salt.

2. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Place the asparagus in a grill basket or a fish rack. Cook for a few minutes on each side until the asparagus is marked and tender. Remove from the grill and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with truffle oil and lemon juice. Place on a serving platter and garnish with the lemon zest.
