Grilled Asparagus with Black Truffle Oil
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Kosher salt||To Taste|
|Black truffle oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely grated lemon zest||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
1. Wash and trim the asparagus. Toss with olive oil and salt.
2. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Place the asparagus in a grill basket or a fish rack. Cook for a few minutes on each side until the asparagus is marked and tender. Remove from the grill and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with truffle oil and lemon juice. Place on a serving platter and garnish with the lemon zest.
