Flageolet with Olive Oil and Garlic
|Dried flageolet/Other small beans||8 Ounce (225 Gram)|
|Garlic clove||2 Large|
|Extra virgin olive oil||2 Tablespoon (The Best You Have)|
Prepare and cook the beans.
They will need about 30 minutes' cooking time.
Peel the garlic cloves and drop them into boiling water.
Cook for 4 minutes, then drain.
Cut each clove in half, discard the green shoot and slice the cloves finely.
Pour the olive oil in a shallow pan with the sliced garlic and warm over a medium heat till fragrant, about 4 minutes.
Tip the drained beans into the warm oil and toss gently.
