Flageolet With Olive Oil And Garlic

Ingredients
  Dried flageolet/Other small beans 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Garlic clove 2 Large
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon (The Best You Have)
Directions

Prepare and cook the beans.
They will need about 30 minutes' cooking time.
Peel the garlic cloves and drop them into boiling water.
Cook for 4 minutes, then drain.
Cut each clove in half, discard the green shoot and slice the cloves finely.
Pour the olive oil in a shallow pan with the sliced garlic and warm over a medium heat till fragrant, about 4 minutes.
Tip the drained beans into the warm oil and toss gently.
Serve warm.
