Oil And Vinegar Marinade

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover.
Shake well and chill.
Shake well before pouring over meat for marinating.
