Hot Pepper Oil can be a prefect base to fry any of your Chinese dishes. The taste of any dish is enhanced with Hot Pepper Oil. Just try it!
Ingredients
  Peanut oil 4 Teaspoon
  Red chili peppers To Taste
Directions

1. Heat oil. Add chili peppers and cook stirring over medium heat until oil becomes dark red.
2. Cool and strain.
