Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried whole thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients; stir well.
Use to marinate beef, pork, or poultry before cooking; use to baste during cooking.
