Polynesian Chicken With Macadamia Nuts And Toasted Coconut

Polynesian Chicken is an easy to prepare recipe which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
  Frying chicken 3 Pound, cut in serving size pieces
  Orange juice concentrate 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bananas 3 , peeled and sliced
  Chopped macadamia nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted

Arrange chicken in glass baking dish, skin side down with meatiest pieces toward outside.
Cover with wax paper, cook on high (9) for 10 minutes.
Turn pieces over.
Mix juice concentrate, cornstarch, lime juice, salt, and cinnamon.
Pour over chicken; continue to cook on high (9) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add bananas and nuts, cover with wax paper.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with toasted coconut.
