Polynesian Veal

I have learnt this Polynesian Veal from one of my friend. This Polynesian Veal should be tried by everyone and I am sure you will always crave for more!!
Ingredients
  Boneless veal shoulder 2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Artificial sweetener 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown veal in nonstick skillet.
Mix remaining ingredients in crock pot.
Stir in veal.
Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
