Polynesian Barbecued Pork

Polynesian Barbecued Pork brings a genuniely unique flavor of the pork. I found this dish simple and easy to cook and at the same time the result was extremely tasty and filling. The Polynesian Barbecued Pork is clearly something we can easily cook at home.
Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce (Undrained)
  Cut pork 3 Pound, cut into strips, browned (Extra Lean)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except pork strips in crock pot; stir well.
Add pork strips and stir to coat thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
