Polynesian Bundle Bake
|Hot cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened (About 0.5 Stick)|
|Chopped cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced green bell pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweet and sour sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the hot cooked rice and margarine in a bowl and toss lightly.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Place individual servings of the rice mixture on squares of aluminum foil; bring the corners together and twist to enclose the rice mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
