Polynesian Pineapple Pork

Ingredients
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into cubes
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Pineapple chunks 4 Ounce, drained
  Orange 1 , cut
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat shortening in cooker and brown the pork with the onion.
Add pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, and salt.
Close cover of cooker and put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 12 minutes.
Reduce pressure under faucet.
Open cooker.
Add green pepper, pineapple chunks, orange, and soy sauce.
Mix cornstarch with water and pour into cooker Stir constantly until slightly thickened.
Serve pork over rice or noodles.
