Rumaki Brunch With Bacon
|Chicken livers||1 1⁄2 Pound (24 Livers)|
|Bacon||1⁄2 Pound, cut in half (12 Slices)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||32 Ounce (Drained)|
Wrap livers with bacon slices and secure with toothpicks.
Bake in a large, shallow baking pan, 10 minutes at 350Â° F.
Drain off fat, add pineapple and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
Place waffles in oven to heat during these last 10 minutes..
Serve with honey.
