|Regular long grain rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Soya sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Chicken bouillon cubes||4|
|Boiling water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine rice, onion and soya sauce in a 2-qt. casserole.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup of the boiling water and add to rice.
Add remaining 3 1/2 cups of boiling water.
Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Remove cover and continue baking 15 minutes more or until all liquid has disappeared.
Sprinkle with parsley.
