Australian Summer Salad

Ingredients
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced apple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Paneer cubes 12
  Tomatoes 4 , thickly sliced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), seasoned well
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Hard-boiled eggs 2 , chopped
  Seasoned mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , hardboiled
Directions

Mix celery, apple, cucumber, salt, pepper and orange juice.
Pile in the centre of a dish and surround with lettuce leaves, tomato slices and paneer squares.
Spoon mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with chopped eggs.
