Classic Pavlova

Ingredients
  Egg whites 6 Medium
  Caster sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipped cream 300 Milligram
  Fresh fruit 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped (Seasonal pick)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Draw a circle over a large piece of baking paper and set aside.
2)In a bowl whisk the egg whites into a stiff peak consistency. Add the sugar gradually and whisk again till all the sugar is dissolved.
3)Add the corn flour and vinegar and mix till the meringue mixture is shiny and thick.
4)Use baking paper as a base and spread the mixture into a rough circle using the circle drawn as a guide. Make sure mixture is lower in the middle so it can hold the filling.

MAKING
5)Heat the oven at 100 degrees Celsius.
6)Place the meringue in oven the hour for 1hr 15mins. Let it cool for 2hrs.

SERVING
7)Serve with thickened cream and fruits in the center.

TIPS
Served best with fruits or your choice of toppings and ice cream on the side.
