Chicken Rumaki

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 2 Ounce (3 Pieces)
  Water chestnuts 3
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Dash
  Garlic clove 1⁄2 Small, crushed
  Bacon slices 3 , cut into halves
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Halve livers.
2) Halve water chestnuts crosswise.

MAKING
3) In a 10-oz casserole [22-oz casserole] mix all ingredients except bacon.
4) Add liver and water chestnuts. Coat the meat on all sides.
5) Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Drain and keep aside.
6) Wrap liver and water chestnut in each bacon piece.
7) Secure with a wooden pick.
8) Place on rack in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2" dish.
9) Seal with waxed paper.
10) Microwave on high (550 watts) for 3 min [4 min]. Turn rumaki once over.
11) Seal with waxed pape.
12) Microwave for 3 to 6 min longer [6 to 10 min longer] till bacon is crisp.

SERVING
13) Serve immediately.
