|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Bacon slice||1 , diced|
|White onion||1 , diced|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , chopped|
|Grated cheddar cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 400°.
Lightly grease casserole dish.
Combine cabbage, salt, and sugar.
Cook in saucepan, occasionally stirring, for 10 minutes until crisp.
Meanwhile, in skillet, saute bacon and onion in butter until the onion is soft.
Combine with cabbage and drain mixture.
Add eggs to cabbage.
Pour mixture into casserole dish and cover with grated cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
