Wrapped Polynesian Sweet & Sour Chicken
|Whole chicken breast||1 , skinned boned halved|
|Savory seasonings garden blend||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Red pepper||1⁄2 Small, seeded and cubed|
|Green onion||1 , sliced|
|Peanut oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Teriyaki sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Pound each chicken piece with meat mallei to 1/2 inch thickness.
Sprinkle Garden Blend over meat.
Place half the pineapple chunks, red pepper and onion in center of each piece of chicken.
Wrap by rolling up and tucking meat around ends to encase stuffing.
Secure with wooden picks.
Preheat oil in small frying pan over medium heat.
Add wrapped chicken; fry 6 minutes.
Combine juice, sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl; whisk.
Pour over chicken.
Cover; fry 6 to 10 minutes or until meat is white and tender.
