Polynesian Crab

Ingredients
  Frozen snow crab 6 Ounce, thawed, drained and flaked (1 Package)
  Green onions with tops 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), flaked
  Lite mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a medium bowl combine snow crab, green onions, coconut, mayonnaise, curry powder and salt and pepper; mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
Serve with oriental rice crackers and fresh pineapple spears.
