|Frozen snow crab||6 Ounce, thawed, drained and flaked (1 Package)|
|Green onions with tops||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), flaked|
|Lite mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a medium bowl combine snow crab, green onions, coconut, mayonnaise, curry powder and salt and pepper; mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
Serve with oriental rice crackers and fresh pineapple spears.
