Coupe Marron

Ingredients
  Vanilla ice cream 1 1⁄2 Pint, softened
  Marron pieces in vanilla flavored syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chestnut, Imported)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Shaved bittersweet chocolate 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Scoop ice cream into 6 wine glasses.
Spoon chestnuts and their syrup over top.
Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle each serving with shaved chocolate.
Marrons are available in jars or cans in gourmet or specialty food stores.
