|Pineapple||1⁄4 , pared and cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Papaya||1 , pared, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
1. Arrange half of the bacon pieces on rack in dish. Cover with paper towel; arrange remaining bacon pieces on top. Cover with paper towel and microwave on high 8 to 12 minutes or until bacon is almost crisp. Remove bacon from rack; drain on paper towel. Drain fat from dish.
2. Wrap bacon piece around each piece fruit; secure with wooden pick. Mix brown sugar and curry powder. Roll wrapped fruit in sugar mixture; place on rack in dish.
3. Cover with paper towel and microwave on high 4 to 7 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
