Chicken With Polynesian Vegetables

Ingredients
  Frying chicken 2 , cut up
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned with salt and pepper
  Salt To Taste (For Seasoning The Flour)
  Pepper To Taste (For Seasoning The Flour)
Directions

Coat chicken lightly with seasoned flour.
Melt butter in a shallow baking dish.
Arrange chicken in a dish.
Bake, uncovered at 400° 20 minutes.
Turn chicken, reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 to 35 additional minutes, or until chicken is tender.
