Polynesian Butterfly Pork Chops
|Boneless butterfly pork chops/Bone in chops||6 (1 Inch)|
|Salad dressing||3 Tablespoon (Liquid, Fruit Flavored)|
|Spiced fruit stuffing||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ginger ale/Apple juice / apricot nectar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Arrange chops close together in a greased casserole.
Brush with salad dressing.
Press stuffing lightly along the centre of each chop.
Pour in the ginger ale and cover.
Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
Uncover the last 5 minutes to dry surface slightly. (If using bone-in chops, slash a deep pocket into the side of each and stuff with dressing.
Brush top surface with salad dressing.)
