Rumaki Using Soy Sauce And Honey

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 1⁄2 Pound
  Honey 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed in a garlic press
  Bacon slices 4 , cut in halves
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

1. Rinse chicken livers under running cold water and drain on paper toweling; cut into halves and put into a bowl.
2. Pour a mixture of honey, soy sauce, oil and garlic over the liver pieces; cover. Let stand about 30 minutes, turning pieces occasionally. Remove from marinade and set on paper toweling.
3. Wrap a piece of bacon around a twosome of liver and water chestnut, securing with a wooden pick.
4. Put 6 appetizers in a circle on individual paper plates lined with a triple thickness of paper towels. For each plate, cover with a double thickness of paper towels and cook in microwave oven about 5 minutes at HIGH, or until bacon is done; rotate plate one-half turn after 1/2 minutes.
