|Oysters||24 Large (fresh or frozen (thawed))|
Fry bacon 2 minutes on each side.
Drain oysters; dry on paper towels.
Sprinkle oysters with salt and pepper.
Wrap each oyster with 1 bacon slice as pictured; secure with wooden pick.
(At this point, rumakis can be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours.) Heat oven to 400°.
Place rumakis on rack in broiler pan.
Bake 10 minutes; turn.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
