Polynesian Tuna Bake

Ingredients
  Chopped green pepper 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Condensed tomato soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Canned tuna 13 Ounce, drained, flaked (Two 6 1/2 Ounce Cans)
  Sesame seed 1 Teaspoon
  Drop biscuits 5
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Pillsbury'S Best)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine green pepper, tomato soup, brown sugar, onion, lemon peel, lemon juice, soy sauce and tuna in an 8 or 9-inch skillet.
Simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes while preparing Drop Biscuits.
Drop Biscuits by tea-spoonfuls on hot mixture.
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Drop Biscuits: Combine flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl.
Combine milk and oil.
