Classic Lamb Chops Polynesian
|Condensed onion soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Drained crushed pineapple||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground allspice||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground coriander||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Lamb chops/Veal chops||2 1⁄2 Pound (1 Inch Thick)|
In saucepan, combine soup, pineapple, brown sugar, cornstarch, allspice, and coriander.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Brush chops lightly with oil.
Place on grill 4 inches above glowing coals.
Cook for 10 minutes, brushing with sauce.
Turn; continue brushing with sauce.
Cook 10 minutes more or until desired doneness.
Heat remaining sauce.
