Lamb Chops Polynesian
|Condensed onion soup||1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)|
|Oil||2 Teaspoon (for brushing)|
|Drained crushed pineapple||50 Milliliter|
|Brown sugar||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Cornstarch||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
|Ground allspice||1 Dash|
|Ground coriander||1 Dash|
|Lamb chops||1 Kilogram (2.5 Cm Thick, 8 Chops)|
In saucepan, combine soup, pineapple, brown sugar, cornstarch, allspice and coriander.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Brush chops lightly with oil.
Place on grill 10 cm (4 inches) above glowing coals.
Cook for 10 minutes, brushing with sauce.
Turn; continue brushing with sauce.
Cook 10 minutes more or until desired doneness.
Heat remaining sauce; serve with chops.
