Lamb Chops Polynesian

Ingredients
  Condensed onion soup 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon (for brushing)
  Drained crushed pineapple 50 Milliliter
  Brown sugar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Cornstarch 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Ground allspice 1 Dash
  Ground coriander 1 Dash
  Lamb chops 1 Kilogram (2.5 Cm Thick, 8 Chops)
Directions

In saucepan, combine soup, pineapple, brown sugar, cornstarch, allspice and coriander.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Brush chops lightly with oil.
Place on grill 10 cm (4 inches) above glowing coals.
Cook for 10 minutes, brushing with sauce.
Turn; continue brushing with sauce.
Cook 10 minutes more or until desired doneness.
Heat remaining sauce; serve with chops.
