Microwaved Polynesian Chicken
|Chicken breasts||3 Large, split lengthwise|
|Canned fruits||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Sweet sour sauce||10 Ounce (1 Jar)|
Place chicken in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Drain fruit, reserving syrup.
Set fruit aside.
Combine syrup, soy sauce, and garlic; pour over chicken.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 25 minutes or till tender, rearranging chicken and spooning sauce over once.
Drain chicken, reserving 1/2 cup pan juices in 2-cup glass measure.
Return chicken to baking dish.
Add sweet-sour sauce to reserved pan juices.
Cook at HIGH for 3 minutes, or till boiling.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
