Polynesian Sweet Sour Shrimp

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1 , cut into 1 inch pieces
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned pineapple tidbits 13 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shrimp/1 can (7 ounce) shrimp, drained 1⁄2 Pound, cooked
Directions

Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender.
Add seasonings, pineapple and cornstarch (mixed with water), and simmer, stirring until thickened.
