Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon (Use if necessary) (Optional)
  Condensed chicken gumbo soup/Cream of mushroom / golden mushroom / tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Buns 6 , split and toasted
Directions

In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender (use shortening if necessary); stir to separate meat.
Add soup and seasonings; simmer 5 to 10 minutes to blend flavors.
