Polynesian Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  Frying chickens 2 , cut up
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple 1 , cubed
  Papaya 1 , cubed
Directions

Shake chicken parts in paper bag with flour and seasoned salt.
Melt butter (or margarine) and rub 2 tbs.of it into a large baking dish.
Place in chicken and brush remaining butter over each piece.
Bake 50 mins.at 350°F.or until chicken is browned.
Mean while, combine juices, sugar, soy sauce, and corn starch in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat when clear and thickened and add fruit.
Pour mixture over chicken, coating each piece, and bake 10 mins.longer.
