Bermuda Onion Rings
|Unsalted margarine||2 Teaspoon|
|Bermuda onion||1 Large, sliced 1 inch thick|
|Low fat plain yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dill||2 Teaspoon, snipped|
In a 12 inch nonstick skillet, melt the margarine over low heat; add the onion and cook, covered, until soft and transparent about 25 minutes.
Uncover, stir in the flour, and cook for 1 minute.
Add the yogurt, dill, and paprika, and cook 1 minute longer or until just heated through.
Be careful not to let the sauce boil or it will curdle.
